A gorgeous example of a large cud created by a broken obverse die. Date was almost completely broken away. Cud stretches from K3 to K6. Listed in "The Cud Book" by Thurman & Margolis as LC-ND-15. Certified and encapsulated by NGC as MS65 RB. The obverse of this error coin is a nice mint red while the reverse is a darker red brown.
