1999 Lincoln cent from the Phialdelphia Mint that was struck over a 1996 Lincoln. The second strike is rotated from the original about 100 degrees. Initial strike image is apparent on the obverse and reverse. 1996 fully visible on Lincoln's head. Coin also sports a uniform partial collar or "railroad edge" around the entire coin. In a PCGS slab and graded MS63RB. A unique item, very possibly one of a kind. If interested in owning this error coin please make an offer.
